Wolverines struggling at the wrong time

Is Michigan better suited for the non-conference teams than the Big Ten squads due to their youth and lack of physical play? That was one of the cards played in the locker room following U-M's disappointing, 68-59 loss to Wisconsin, but there are red flags everywhere that indicate the latest setback shouldn't be so easily dismissed.

March is the time of year in which teams are defined, and right now the Wolverines are looking like an afterthought in the NCAA Tournament Final Four discussion. Once the odds-on favorite to win it all, they're struggling with the basics at a time they should be finding their stride.
